Dear Parent,      

1.      On behalf of the entire orchids family, I thank you for your unconditional support and cooperation rendered in the last academic year and hope you will be extending the same, in this new Academic Session (2012-13) too. I am sure, your kids will settle down quickly and enjoy coming to school.

2.      This is for your information you that the last date for paying 1^st term fees for the session 2012-13 is 10/4/12. You are requested to kindly pay the fees at the earliest, in order to avoid inconvience. (Kindly ignore if the fees is already paid).

3.      The text-book stall will be open to parents from 2/4/12 between 9am to 11am only. Parents are requested to procure the text books from the stall during the above mentioned timings only. The book store will be closed by 11am.

4.      All parents, who had given an application for withdrawl of Mess facility for their child till 31/3/12 have been accepted. The school will not be accepting any request from parents for withdrawl of Mess facility from 02/04/12 onwards. Parents are requested to kindly co-operate with the school.

5.      CLUB ACTIVITIES:

The school is offering the following club activities for 2012-13 session. Every child from class I to X is allowed to opt for any one activity only. Kindly specify your child’s choice in the space provided & return this form to the class teacher on or before 9/4/12. Once the activity is selected, you cannot change the activity. Please select the activity in consultation with your child.

Class Party (17/3/2012)

Dear Parent,

1. This is to inform you that class party will be organised by all students of class – I to Class – IX in the school, on 17/03/12.
2. Parents may send light snacks along with their child on 17/03/12 to the school. The dispersal after the party will be at 1:30pm.
3. The Text – Book stall will be open to parents on 24/03/12 & also from 26/3/12 to 31/03/12. The timings of the stall will be from 9:30am to 12:30pm.
4. Parents are requested to procure the text books from the stall on the above mentioned days.
5. Parents are requested to visit the school on 24/03/12 between 10:00am to 12:30pm to discuss the results of Summative Assessment – II and also the promotion to the next higher class.
6. A book exhibition will be organized by Scholastic Publications Pvt Lt in the school on 24/03/12 from 10am to 12:30pm. Students may be encouraged to select books for themselves and pursue their reading habit.
7. Parents are requested not to procure any uniform at present, as there is going to be some change in the school uniform. The new uniform may be procured from the school stores from 01/06/12.
8. All new students are permitted to come to school in casual dress from 02/04/12 to 27/04/12.
9. Classes for the new Academic Session (2012 – 13) will commence from 02/04/12. The timings for the next session will be from 8:30am to 3:30pm for pre-primary to class – X. Parents using own transport are requested to adjust accordingly.
10. The school will have summer vacation from 28/4/12 till 10/6/12 (Pre- primary to Class IX). School re-opens for class X students on 04/06/12.

Timings 8:30am to 1:40pm [6/3/12 -17/3/12]

From 6/3/12 onwards, the school will get over at 1:40pm for the entire school.
